Dons go fourth

ABERDEEN moved to within two points of third spot in the SPL after two goals from Lee Miller helped the Dons earn a crucial 2-1 victory against Kilmarnock at Rugby Park.
Scotland international Miller, who was named the SPL player of the month for December, struck either side of half-time to overturn an early deficit.
The Dons fell behind after 11 minutes when Allan Russell turned in a deflected free kick. But Miller produced an audacious flick to level after 30 minutes and grabbed a second with a fine header 10 minutes after the restart. The Reds now go into their Old Firm double-header two points behind third-placed Dundee United after leapfrogging Hearts into fourth spot.
