AN ABERDEEN drink driver has been put off the road after getting behind the wheel while over the limit and when already banned.
PRZEMYSLAW ZAMIEROWSKI, whose address was given in court papers as 102 Kittybrewster Square, Aberdeen, is to face sentence after admitting drink driving.
The 20-year-old was caught drink driving by police on the A90 Toll of Birness road, near the junction with the unclassified road to Birness, on November 5 last year.
The Aberdeen man also admitted driving while banned and with no insurance.
Sheriff Colin Harris deferred sentence on Zamierowski so reports could be prepared and banned him from driving until he returns to Aberdeen Sheriff Court.
Zamierowski is due to be sentenced at Aberdeen Sheriff Court next month.
SIMON HEPBURN was caught driving in Aberdeen while more than double the legal drink-drive limit.
The 27-year-old was pulled over by police after they spotted him driving in Aberdeen in the dark with no lights on.
Hepburn, whose address was given as 84 Paradise Road, Kemnay, was caught by the officers on Great Northern Road, Aberdeen.
He was charged with drink driving, driving without using lights and driving with a provisional licence, without L-plates or a qualified driver in the car.
Hepburn previously admitted the offences.
Sheriff Malcolm Garden fined him £600 and banned him from driving for 16 months.
