AN ARREST warrant has been granted for a Stonehaven man whose dog is alleged to have bit another man in Kemnay.
Kevin Mutch, 24, was charged with owning a Staffordshire bull terrier dog which was said to have been dangerously out of control.
The dog was alleged to have attacked another dog and bitten its owner, Ronald Ewen.
Mutch denies the alleged incident, said to have happened at Aquithie Lane in Kemnay.
Mutch also denies failing to appear in court without good reason on three occasions since the alleged incident on September 26, 2007.
Mutch, whose address was given in court papers as North Lodge, Ury Estate, Stonehaven, failed to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court yesterday.
