AN OIL worker has denied performing a sex act with a prostitute in Aberdeen city centre.

The 53-year-old oil worker is also alleged to have run away from Pc Keri Donald and Pc Alexander Donoghueto avoid arrest and prosecution in Aberdeen.

Rudd was also charged with having attempted to pervert the course of justice by telling police officers his name was Jan Smit, whose address was 310 Smitburger, Holland, on his arrest.

Appearing at Aberdeen Sheriff Court before Sheriff Kieran McLernan, the oil worker denied the alleged offences, which were said to have taken place on September 12 last year at the Adelphi, Aberdeen.
