Fairer sex behind the wheel

Driving each other around the bend

Published: 08/03/2010

ALMOST half of women confess that their sense of direction is hopeless to the point where many get lost while driving. Most men who have shared a car with their other halves would nod wisely in agreement with that.

But, surprise surprise, many women in a recent survey felt men were almost as bad and, to make things worse in female eyes, most male drivers would drive on stubbornly rather than ask for directions.

It seems that men and women drive each round the bend when it comes to driving, but they are just not sure where it is.
