Top name in UK vintage biking scene to kick-start tour
One of the most respected names in the UK vintage motorcycling scene will kick-start a Scottish tour of talks later this month in the north-east.
Honorary president of the Velocette Owners’ Club Ivan Rhodes has written authoritative books on the historic make.
He also restored the world-famous Velocette Roarer, a supercharged 500cc machine that was developed in the 1930s to rival the BMW motorcycle make in the TT races of the era.
