Olympians and TV stars join 4,500-strong cycle

The fourth Etape Caledonia cycle race through Highland Perthshire has passed without any repeat of last year’s chaos.

The Anti-Closed Road Events (Acre) group were true to their word and did not demonstrate against the race.

More than 4,500 cyclists including Olympians, TV personalities and world champions gathered in Pitlochry for the 81-mile closed-road cycle race.
