Campell and Weir settle for it

FORFAR and Brechin fought out an entertaining and evenly-matched Second Division derby at Station Park that ended 1-1.
A point apiece was a fair reflection and neither manager was too unhappy with the result that preserves both sides' unbeaten start.
Charlie King rescued the point for Brechin with a deserved equaliser in the 76th minute, cancelling out Chris Templeman's opener in the 58th minute.
Forfar manager Dick Campbell said: “Our players are gutted. We have not won but Brechin have some very good players, too. We are still having a great start to the season but you do want to win your local derbies."
Brechin manager Jim Weir said: “I think we have got to be happy with a draw when we have gone a goal down to a team like Forfar who have been full of confidence. We fought back and deserved to equalise.”
Bryan Prunty’s 12th-minute strike ensured Alloa left Ochilview victorious following their 1-0 win at Stenhousemuir.
Alloa’s Scott Walker will not be popular when he joins Stenny players and staff for the regular Thursday curry nights but the veteran centre half will no doubt cope.
He said: “I live just along the road at Larbert. I know John Coughlin and the players here well, but you do what you can for the team that pays your wages and I think we deserved our win today.”
Prunty intercepted a weak pass back from local youngster Gary Thom in 12 minutes before clipping over Ally Brown for the decisive counter.
Warriors manager John Coughlin was furious with his players and kept them in the dressing-room following the full-time whistle.
When he eventually emerged he said, “It is hard to believe that was pretty much the same side that trounced Dundee and Peterhead.”
