What motivates a workforce?
AS PEOPLE’S working lives become more demanding, with ten-hour days and a constant virtual link to worldwide business, the need for organisations with good team spirit and effective leadership has never been greater.
In light of this, an Aberdeen doctoral student has chosen to address this issue in his research, and explore the extent to which a healthy work environment can nurture the growth and output of employees.
Tamer Elewa, 35, an MBA graduate and HR director, has taken on the research as part of the Aberdeen Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA), offered by Robert Gordon University’s Aberdeen Business School (ABS).
