Trump unveils his new coat of arms

Donald Trump has finally been handed a Scottish coat of arms – four years after falling foul of ancient heraldic laws.

The new insignia – which can be revealed for the first time today – will be used to promote the championship links he has built at the Menie Estate in Aberdeenshire.

The billionaire businessman is well known for publicising his links to Scotland, often referring to his Lewis-born mother.
