Cache of arms found on Scots farm

A significant amount of guns and ammunition has been found at a former farm building following a large-scale search by police.

More than 20 officers, including forensic teams, have been searching the building and nearby woodland in Killermont, Bearsden, on the northern edge of Glasgow, since Thursday night.

Packages wrapped in plastic were removed by Strathclyde Police following a call from a member of the public at 6.30pm on Thursday.
