Robertson turns down new deal

Aberdeen youngster Clark Robertson has rejected a new three-year contract offer from the Dons having also discovered he needs knee surgery which will end his season.

The 18-year-old defender is still on a youth team contract at the Pittodrie and had been offered an extension to his deal which expires in June 2013.

Robertson has said he wants to stay at Pittodrie, but is determined to hold out for an improved offer.
