A CLOSE friend of alleged murder victim Arlene Fraser searched the mother-of-two’s home on the day she disappeared, a court heard yesterday.

Michelle Scott had been due to meet Arlene for lunch – and went from room to room looking for the 33-year-old when she could not find her at home as expected.

Office manager Mrs Scott was giving evidence on the third day of the murder trial against 53-year-old Nat Fraser.
