County to begin talks with key players

Ross County will begin contract talks with the mainstays of the Staggies squad next week.

Sixteen players, including on-loan youngsters Alex Cooper, Steven Ross and Archie MacPhee, become free agents at the end of the season.

With just two First Division games remaining, manager Derek Adams and director of football George Adams will start the process of shaping the County squad for next season’s first shot at the SPL.
