Out of Africa challenge to the Balmoral 10km record

There is a strong African flavour to this weekend’s Balmoral road races.

Ethiopian runner Edao Hussen Weliy is expected to threaten the course record in tomorrow’s Tartan 10km, while the leading man and woman in Sunday’s Challenge 15-mile trail run will win trips to a half marathon in Edao’s home country.
