Abducted oilman sues for £250,000

A Scottish oil worker who was kidnapped by militants in Nigeria is suing his bosses for £250,000.

Gordon Gray suffered a five-day ordeal after being abducted from the Bulford Dolphin in 2007. He is now seeking damages from Aberdeen-based Dolphin Drilling.

A hearing at the Court of Session in Edinburgh is expected to take place in the summer.
