New incentive to showcase Scottish food
Scottish tourism businesses can become “food champions” in a near-£1million scheme launched by Rural Affairs Secretary Richard Lochhead last night.

The scheme – a joint venture between the Scottish Government and tourism body VisitScotland – is expected to be up and running within six months.
