Babe the pig lures rock star Rodgers to Buchan

A north-east animal sanctuary is preparing for a visit from rock ‘n’ roll royalty.

Former Queen frontman Paul Rodgers, who was also a founder member of 1970s chart-toppers Free, will make a guest appearance at Willows, near Strichen, next week.

The rocker revealed he was a fan of the sanctuary last year after hearing about the plight of one of its many four-legged residents.
