Scott bid stalls for Staggies

Ross County’s attempt to bring their former midfielder Martin Scott back north on loan from SPL rivals Hibs has stalled.

The 26-year-old, who played a key role as County reached the Scottish Cup final in 2010, left Victoria Park for Easter Road on a three-and-half-year contract in January 2011.
