Peace talks as rivals prepare for semi-finals

World number one Novak Djokovic beat Florian Mayer at Wimbledon yesterday to set up a semi-final showdown with Roger Federer.

Djokovic cruised past Mayer 6-4, 6-1, 6-4, sealing victory on Court One just minutes after Federer romped home against Russia’s Mikhail Youzhny on Centre Court.
