Flood defence scheme gets thumbs-up from residents
Elgin residents turned out en masse yesterday for a two-day exhibition on the progress of an £86million flood scheme for the town.

The initiative, which started in April last year, is being co-ordinated by Moray Council, Royal Haskoning, Morrison Construction and EC Harris.
