Dons manager Brown is braced for departure of Fyvie

Aberdeen manager Craig Brown is resigned to starting the season without midfielder Fraser Fyvie.

The Dons have yet to receive a bid for the 19-year-old who is out of contract at the end of the year and he reported back for pre-season training this week.

Fyvie is keen to move and Brown is not banking on the industrious playmaker being available for the big kick-off at Celtic on August 4.
