High level of interest in ex-council HQ site

More than 10 bids have been tabled to redevelop Aberdeen City Council’s former headquarters St Nicholas House.

A high level of interest has been reported in the Broad Street site, which went on the market in March.

The Press and Journal understands that offers of up to £15million have been lodged for the vacated local authority office complex.
