Let me help, says teen who survived crash

A TEENAGER whose dangerous driving left him in a coma for seven weeks has vowed to help other young motorists stay safe on the north’s roads.

Rashad Hussain suffered serious head injuries when his Vauxhall Astra smashed into a wall then hit a barrier and a tree.

He lost control at a bend after a straight stretch of road while out for a “spin” in the hatchback.

He had only passed his test a month earlier, and bought the car three days before the crash.
