Jet-skier reported to police

A north councillor who claimed there would be a fatality on Loch Ness unless a new safety regime was introduced has reported a jet-skier to police.

Inverness Ness-side member Norrie Donald believes the activity was deliberate – after he raised concerns about the potential for a serious accident on the loch.

He said the jet-skier arrived at 9am and was on the water for 45 minutes near houses at Dores.
