I had to stay indoors, says Quinn

Hamilton-born Ross County midfielder Rocco Quinn was ashamed to go out in his home town after the Staggies tumbled to a 5-1 First Division defeat by Accies in August of last year.
Fast forward 13 months and the Dingwall club is 40 league games unbeaten and holding its own in the Premier League.
It has been a dramatic turnaround after the heavy loss at New Douglas Park as County charged to win the First Division title and are now sixth in the top flight. Quinn looks back with a mixture of pride and amazement at the Staggies achievements since losing at Hamilton.
