King ruled out for eight weeks with ankle injury

Inverness central defender Simon King will be out for up to eight weeks after he undergoes an ankle operation next week.

The 29-year-old was forced to pull out during the warm-up before the match at Motherwell on Sunday, September 2 through injury.

It was discovered he had chipped a bone in his ankle and it could take up to two months for it to heal after surgery next week.
