Delight and terror as Doctor’s enemy on loose

Visitors to an Aberdeenshire attraction came face-to-face with one of Doctor Who’s most feared adversaries yesterday.

A Dalek was on the loose at the Grampian Transport Museum at Alford – to the delight of some and terror of many.

Although the machine was responsible for thousands of children’s nightmares, some of its victims bravely posed for a photograph with the doctor’s arch-enemy.
