Foran tackles a lost art

Caley Thistle captain Richie Foran is usually in the thick of the action but has warned tomorrow’s Highland derby crowd not to expect blood and thunder in the first SPL meeting between Inverness and Ross County.

The Irishman missed the first two games of the new season through suspension but was then sent off in his first game back at Hearts on August 18 which led to a further two-game ban.
