Murder probe: man for court over body in lane

POLICE investigating the murder of a man in Aberdeen made an arrest late last night.

A major police investigation was launched in Torry yesterday after the body of a 21-year-old was found in Grampian Lane.

Detectives said a 31-year-old man had been taken into custody in connection with the death, which has stunned the community.
