Love and peace Nessie! Buddha’s moving in

PLANS for a new Buddhist peace and healing centre on the shores of Loch Ness will bring a major boost to the local economy, it was claimed yesterday.
And the special location was chosen because of a monk’s love of the mythical Nessie.
The announcement was cheered by tourism groups and local businesses, with one claiming he would welcome it with “open arms”.
Lama Yeshe Losal Rinpoche, who fled Tibet with the Dalai Lama in 1959, revealed his plans for the centre during a five-day visit to the Highland capital.
