National park housing plan under new attack
CONSERVATIONISTS have made a fresh bid to block the construction of hundreds of houses in the Cairngorms National Park.
Objectors to the park’s planning blueprint claim their arguments were not properly considered during a recent judicial review.
Last night, however, the Cairngorms National Park Authority (CNPA) said the appeal would delay the implementation of the plan and revealed it had asked for the case to be “fast-tracked” through the court system.
