Western link road changes to be revealed next month

Detailed design changes to the controversial Elgin western link road are expected to be revealed next month.

A draft outline of compulsory purchase orders will also be submitted by council officials on November 14.

The date is subject to officers having “sufficient time” to take into account any design changes which have come out of last week’s public consultation in the TA Hall, Elgin.
