Relegation fear forced a winter spending spree

Caley Thistle have made an annual loss of £378,487 but chairman Kenny Cameron claims the damage would have been more devastating had the team been relegated.

Cameron believes the cost incurred in securing SPL survival is the main factor in the club doubling its losses from the previous year to the year ended May 2012.
