House sales up 17% as Moray bounces back

MORAY’S economy has received a welcome boost after new figures revealed a 17% jump in house sales.
Elgin-based specialist estate agents CKD Galbraith yesterday reported “encouraging activity” in the region’s residential market.
The firm’s research on the third quarter of 2012 shows a 17% increase in sales from the previous quarter and also on the same quarter in 2011.
