Cairney grabs the winner as Hibs sink 10-man Saints

Hibernian claimed a narrow and controversial win at St Johnstone last night to remain within a point of SPL leaders Celtic.

Saints had arguably the better of the opening 79 minutes before the game burst into life when Hibs conceded a penalty, which substitute Nigel Hasselbaink had saved by Hibs keeper Ben Williams.
