Simpson up for Ton return

Turriff United player-manager Mark Simpson is relishing his return to Cappielow two decades after spending three seasons with Morton as a teenager.

The first game on November 29 ended in a 1-1 draw, but last night’s Scottish Cup fourth-round replay against the Greenock club was postponed due to a frozen pitch so Simpson will have to wait until Monday to revisit his old haunts.
