Money from last season’s Gers tie has Celtic’s visit covered
Arbroath player-manager Paul Sheerin believes last season’s Scottish Cup meeting with Rangers will have an impact on the fourth round replay against Celtic tonight at Gayfield.
The tie should go ahead, despite the cold snap, which in part is due to the proceeds from the 4-0 defeat from Ally McCoist’s side back in January. Sheerin, pictured, explained: “The committee used some of the money from the Rangers game to purchase pitch protection covers.
