Man in court on drug addict murder charge

A MAN appeared in court yesterday charged with the murder of a recovering drug addict at a north-east flat.

Michael Geddes is accused of killing 31-year-old Aaron Arthur in Longate, Peterhead.

Mr Arthur’s body was found by emergency services early on Monday, prompting a police investigation involving more than 30 officers.
