Lost dog with broken pelvis now on mend

A German shepherd dog with a broken pelvis has been found in a car park.

The three-year-old alsatian – now named Claus – spent Christmas Day recovering from an operation after he was discovered unable to stand.

Police officers found him on the second floor of a multi-storey car park in West North Street, Aberdeen, and took him to a vet.
