Check-up by optician lifesaver for Hayley

A NORTH woman yesterday praised the optician who saved her life three months before her wedding by spotting a cyst on her brain.
The abnormality was discovered when Hayley Davidson went for a routine check-up at Specsavers mobile service at Thurso in September.
The 28-year-old mother made the appointment only because her daughter Rosie, 2, broke one of the legs on her glasses and she needed them repaired.
