Teacher who called children beasts can keep job

A NORTH-EAST teacher who described her special-needs pupils as “beasts” has been reprimanded by education watchdogs.
Lorraine Bloice avoided being struck off after a four-day hearing before the General Teaching Council for Scotland’s fitness-to-teach panel.
The 32-year-old was ordered to appear in front of the committee accused of behaving in an inappropriate and offensive manner towards pupils and colleagues at Woodlands School in Aberdeen.
