Aberdeen captain Russell Anderson has vowed to repay the club’s supporters after their Scottish Cup exit.

More than 3,000 members of the Red Army ventured to the capital for Sunday’s fifth round tie with Hibernian only to see their side knocked out of the competition courtesy of Irishman Gary Deegan’s long-range strike.
