Strachan in vow to make supporters proud again

Gordon Strachan has vowed to make Scotland proud of its national team again.

The new Scotland manager makes his return to Pittodrie tonight for his first game in charge of the national side.

He takes charge of a team on its knees. Bottom of their World Cup qualifying group and with their hopes of making Brazil next year all but gone, Scotland is a team in the depths of despair.
