Agony for family as Webster’s appeal put back again

THE family of murder victim Claire Morris is facing an anxious wait of at least two months to hear if her killer will remain behind bars.

Former north-east nurse Malcolm Webster was convicted of murdering the 32-year-old in a staged car crash in Aberdeenshire and attempting to kill his second wife in a copycat incident.

He was jailed for 30 years, but is now challenging both his convictions and the sentence.
