Police quiz politician’s wife in hate mail probe
THE wife of a former Moray politician has been questioned by police investigating a hate campaign against the councillor who took his seat.
Officers visited Joan Stewart, whose husband David was a shock casualty in last year’s local government elections, at the weekend.

Police confirmed last night they had concluded their investigation into the hate mail, which is understood to have involved nearly 10 hand-written letters.
