Dons eye Friday-night catalyst

Aberdeen manager Craig Brown has urged his players to keep calm and carry on as the race for a top-six place intensifies.

The Dons have not yet won in 2013, with three draws and three defeats – including a 1-0 reverse at Hibernian which saw their Scottish Cup hopes come to an abrupt end.

But despite the recent setbacks, Brown is convinced his men are capable of turning it around, starting on Friday at Pittodrie against SPL basement dwellers Dundee.
