Milne keen to begin campaign with a win

Banchory driver Quintin Milne recorded a rare victory over four-time Scottish rally championship winner David Bogie to clinch a first four-wheel drive win at last year’s McRae Stages Rally.

The 32-year-old knows he will never have the budget to match Bogie but believes he can challenge the Dumfries driver for the title in 2013.

Milne, a self-employed sales consultant in the oil business in Aberdeen, aims to rev into contention starting at the first round of the Scottish championship at the Snowman Rally in Inverness tomorrow.
