Fort hit by walkout of disillusioned Rodger

Wing back Duncan Rodger, who has won four Caman- achd Cup winner’s medals for Fort William and has just turned 25, has told the club he will not be playing this season.

Rodger, one of the strongest tacklers and longest hitters in the game, said: “I've no problem at all with new co-managers Victor Smith and Addie Robertson and wish them all the best.

“But last season I would be in the gym keeping myself fit while some of the younger players were having Friday nights out before games. That's a demotivating factor to me.
