Search for man is called off

An Inverness businessman whose disappearance three days ago sparked an air and land search got in touch with his family yesterday.

Northern Constabulary confirmed they were no longer searching around Inverness for Ewan Barras and said he had phoned a relative in the morning.

He was then seen by Lothian and Borders officers in Edinburgh.
